Prices and Payment
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT) unless otherwise stated. To note that under Dutch tax law VAT on second hand goods and antiques is covered by the so-called ‘marge-regeling’, which is not subject to rebate.
- Additional charges for shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
- Payment can be made using our Mypos payment methods.
- All transactions are processed in Euro’s.
Delivery and Shipping
- We offer international shipping, worldwide.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on the destination.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
- For shipping to non-EU countries, customs duties and/or local taxes may apply. If so, these are to be paid directly by the customer upon arrival of the parcel. These cost are not covered by Blauwe Roos Antiek.
- If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Returns and Refunds
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason (Right of Withdrawal).
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs (as well as possible customs duties and local taxes) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipping.
