Long Vase, decor ‘Amata’, Royal Goedewaggen

 375,00

Goedewaggen (1779-1939) started as a pipe factory and later expanded their skilful use of clay and glaze to plateel ceramics. In 1916, their fine white premium firing clay started being produced for art pottery. Royal Goedewaagen’s ‘Amata’ collection includes this delicate large vase (limited edition).

An exquisite Art Nouveau floral pattern may be found across the overall design. The collection’s name (Amata), the factory’s brand, the number 463/999 (only 999 were produced, of which this is number 463), and the painter’s signature are all located at the bottom. This was a special edition made in the 1980s using the same techniques that were used at the beginning of the 1900s.

The condition is perfect.
